Account Manager IT (Perfil Mid)

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager or Account Manager IT to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring they receive the best technical support and training to effectively use our product

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, Product Ownership, or similar positions, exclusively within the technology (IT) sector
  • Demonstrated interest in and up-to-date knowledge of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem
  • Solid experience in the software development lifecycle and in requirements management under agile frameworks
  • B2/C1 level of English, with the ability to hold fluent and professional conversations in international environments
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with end clients, as well as very strong interpersonal skills for teamwork
  • We are looking for an alert, active, resourceful, and highly proactive person; someone who takes initiative and adds value

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact with the end client, maintaining smooth, close, and consistent communication
  • Lead discovery meetings to understand the client’s problems, carry out thorough requirements gathering, and synthesize the information clearly
  • Maintain an ongoing follow-up relationship with clients, both at the phone and operational levels, to ensure project success and long-term satisfaction

  • Document and organize requirements in management tools, making it easier for the technical team to break down user stories into precise execution tasks
  • Not limited to transcribing what the client requests. An active attitude is expected to propose ideas, improvements, and alternatives based on technical feasibility and business potential
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge and a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence trends in order to advise clients on how technologies such as LLMs, automation, and generative AI can enhance their processes

Condiciones

  • During the onboarding period (1–2 months), one day per week of mandatory office attendance will be required. Afterwards, there will be flexibility, with the possibility of occasional attendance for specific meetings
  • Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
  • Between €30,000 and €40,000 gross per year, depending on experience and the value you bring.
  • Workday with mandatory availability from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30 (Spain standard time).
